Means ‘not two’, declaring the stunning vision that all life is one majestic whole, one divinity, one Absolute. These are the liberating spiritual teachings of Vedanta, influential for thousands of years, conveyed in modern language, for modern people. Realising this vision is wondrous and profoundly fulfilling.

Derek Thorne:
Is a profound Advaita Vedanta teacher, deeply established in the Vedanta vision and with a lifetime of experience. He is the founder and  leader of the Vedantarama spiritual community and is an inspiring and influential speaker.

During the session:
Derek will give a discourse on Advaita Vedanta from his own original expression which he calls Vedanta plus. This is grounded in the heritage and tradition of Vedanta and interpreted for modern people, making it relevant for those living an engaged life in a dynamic world. This is inviting and accessible spirituaity. The morning will also include some chanting from the Upanishads and some meditative silence. Refreshments will be provided. After the break a question and answer session provides opportunity for discussion.
